The Asia-Australia Youth Association is excited to introduce Lantern Consulting, the first-ever Asia-oriented student consulting project. Lantern Consulting is designed to provide students with first-hand, real-world experience working across industries and organisations connected to or operating in Asia.
At the heart of Lantern Consulting is our commitment to Asia Literacy, to Professional Development and to making meaningful and lasting impact through the programs we run, the projects we undertake and partnerships we commit to.
Like most student consulting organisations, Lantern offers pro bono services, meaning our activities are client-focused and project-based. Members have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the Asia-Australia space, while gaining invaluable cultural, corporate and commercial skillsets that set them apart in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.
We couldn't be more excited to see this project begin, and we hope that Lantern Consulting will be a place to deepen your understanding of and passion for Asia, while making lifelong connections and a genuine and lasting impact.
Lantern Consulting is a not-for-profit focused on developing creative, constructive, commercially viable solutions for our clients across Asia and Australia.
When you begin a Lantern Consulting Chapter, you enter a landscape of professional possibility. Gain access to an extraordinary network across Asia and Australia, connect with passionate peers, and learn from industry experts.
Gain hands-on leadership experience while engaging in high-level problem solving, as you work towards creative solutions with lasting impact.
As you build your team, deliver projects and expand your operations, you will develop insight into a variety of professional fields, best practices and market forces.
Lantern Consulting emphasises creative and collaborative problem solving. New chapters are encouraged to explore the way that they can grow the community, culture and services at Lantern.
Effective Consulting demands innovation; to tackle new challenges, to identify new markets, and to make lasting change. The essential skillset developed by Lantern is that of an innovative leader.
We are passionate about bringing genuine improvements to the market. Our pro bono services are designed to connect emerging talent with the organisations that need them most.
When you join Lantern as a part of our national leadership team, or commit to launching one of our chapters, you are embracing an impactful student experience. As you develop and expand a community designed to last, you are also directly impacting communities across Asia and Australia while refining your professional skillset.
